Uploading pictures to a server(automatically)

Hello. I'm having a bit of trouble with some pictures i would like to "append" from one server/site and automatically update a "mirror"-site. I use a mySQL database and php for output of my results.

In short, i would like to get all the images from this site:
http://www.cerebellum.no/hive/ini01.html
and automatically upload them to another server using php/mySQL.

Anyone have an idea ?
