Having sendmail execute a script

I am in need to find a way that I can have Sendmail to send all emails addressed to a certain pattern to a particular pop3 box or to a script (process). I would greatly like sendmail to send or direct all e-mails addressed within a certain pattern to a script.

How would I go around doing this? I am running unix / sendmail with php 4.
