IFrames

Ok, I have a website, with navigation that has an iframe in the middle of it with the content in it. When you click the links at the top of the main webpage, it opens the link in the iframe.

The problem is, I have some of the content pages on search engines, and when people go to these pages they dont see the main page with the links so they are stuck there. How would I make it check to see if the main page is there, and if not, redirect it?

Anyone know?

I'm not sure. I would start looking at the HTTP_REFERRER server variable to make sure the iframe is being referred to by the parent page instead of google.
