Saving info via web based interface into an array

Hey i was wondering if anyone knows how to save information to a file with an array function i guess its called ...

Im have a registration process and am trying to find out how i can save the information when registered in the below code.

$login_info = array(
"test|161648ff9d1c2bb32ce246392d6e0c1c|First Last|[e-mail]|1",
"test1|161648ff9d1c2bb32ce246392d6e0c1c|Support|[e-mail]|1");

I just want to figure a way to get php to save new registered members into that above array..

I really need help on this one if anyone could help me out..
