Can someone spot a syntax problem here?

Hi there.

Sorry for the long post, and the long piece of code, but I'm at my wits end with this and I could really use another pair of eyes.

I've chopped off bits above and below this code, but this is the part that's causing the problem.

The error I'm receiving is :

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '{' on line 113

I've put stars above and below the offending line, so you should be able to pick it easier.

Can anyone see the error?

You're missing a bracket!

Thankyou! It's amazing what you can't see when it's right in front of you isn't it?

I've been through that code with a fine toothcomb about 20/25 times today alone, and it's unbelievable I couldn't see it.

This line needs close brackets at the end

if (file_exists($RootDIR . "/screenshots/" . mysql_result($recordSet,$t,"gamename") . "/thumbs/" . $t . ".png") ) {

you should go throu you code and check not only "{}" but also "()", and delete the stars.

Thanks. I always check this sort of stuff, but as I'm sure you know, it's sometimes hardest to spot the most basic mistakes.

Without going off-topic, EditPlus (and probably other editors) has functionality of checking opening and closing brackets & parenthesis.

Big time-saver.

Thanks for the tip. I've just posted in a different forum on here about the best text-based editors for PHP, and this sounds like a good feature. I'll check it out now.
