Does anyone know of a good PHP chat room with file transfer capability?
We are wanting to do online tutoring for a writing center. The tutors want the students to be able to upload their papers. I don't think bandwidth should be a big problem, since they are planning to have only one tutor with one student at a time.
Any suggestions??
