Hey guys...How do i allow my database to accept values such as
' , " , and \ without converting them to things like \"[/I/ , \ ...The ' can't even be accepted in the fields.. The column type is 'character' under MS SQL Server.
AFAIK, you can't. Considering how easy it is to escape those chars with PHP (automatic even if magic quotes is on) why wouldn't you want to?
