something wrong. plz help

hello my PHP MySQL thing is not working it comes up with the error Duplicate entry '127' for key 1. It has been working fine in the past and i have changed nothing and todya it stopped working. The table i am trying to input data into is only about 250KB so i dunno wats going on. Any help please
