any idea about mail software

i want to develope or use s/w for my organization
which will kept one copy of every outgoing or incoming mail by my organization.
as in my organization we r using linux server as mail server

so i want to give facility to every one in my organization to send or recive mail but one copy of each mail should be with me
and it should work automatically.

is there any help from any one.
