What are you trying to use them for... HTTP Headers are kinda a HUGELY BROAD subject. Heres one example, the most common, a redirect to another page:

Search google for HTTP headers, also specifically check the w3c.org website for information about HTTP headers.
You're not going to get any help here unless you tell us what you want to do with teh headers, cause its just a very broad subject.
