I can´t connect to database

I can´t connect to database with the SQLyog or with the MySQL-Front. This is the error message:
Error No 2003 Can´t connect to MySQL server on 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' (10060).

From a webpage I can connect doing a code connection.

What is the problem?

If your account is a shared account with an ISP the most likely cause of this error is that the port (3306) has been blocked at the firewall.

Give more details of the account for a more detailed answer.

is it a local server or remote? Do you have access to the "mysql" db to edit users?

please delete the other post!! If the account is on a shared server the ISP will not allow you to connect externally (you can ask but they will almost certainly say "NO!")

From a personal laptop I can connect with SQLyog and MySQL_Front, but from the inside my company, I can´t.

Could be a problem of firewall?
Could be that I have that configure the firewall with the port 3306?

If you have connected externally with another internet connection then the problem is almost certainly because 3306 is closed on your corporate firewall. Quite a common problem.
