Pop Up Problem

I am trying to do a pop up and I am coming up with this error.

Invalid Argument error

Here is my code:

[<a href="javascript:NewWindow('popup_help.php?HELP_ID=2','p&g','400','600','center','front');"><font color="#FF0000"><?php echo TABLE_NEWSLETTER_EXTRA_INFO; ?></font></a>]

Any ideas?

Don't know if these will make a difference.

Instead of "java script", make it "javascript".

Where is your Javascript code to launch NewWindow? Usually the problem is in that. Would you mind posting it?
