How to "repair" Mac-Files using CR instead of LF

Hi there!

I searched the forums but didn't find any hint!

I got problems with php-Files created on a macintosh. As we all know is the fact that the Mac does break his lines using CR, whereas UNIX-Machines use LF to do this. (Windows uses CR and LF in that order)

Does anyone have an idea how to convert the Mac-Files to a proper UNIX-format???

How about

• Read file into a string variable, say $filestr
  str_replace('\r', '\n', $filestr);
  Write the string to new file.
