Yes, BuzzLY (and, welcome back, BTW haven't seen ya in a while)
It's easy to see WHY the "fraud department" called me --- 7000 plus minutes to a number not on the local exchange in about 2 weeks. However, the issue we had was that it was dishonest to say "Unlimited Service anywhere" and then call us with a limit.
I need to update the article at the above ref'd link with further information...the good news is that we are coming to an understanding; the bad is that they acted like terrorists in the meantime. I'll log into the server for update purposes soon, I expect. Hopefully, this thread would just serve a few folks "in the country" (yeah, the boondocks, sticks, whatever) to be forewarned that if they don't fit some TelCo's profile of the "average user," they're setting themselves up for persecution despite any advertising by the TelCo to the contrary.
Thanks all for responding to my beef, though...I appreciate that I'm not totally off the deep end on this from an "outside" point of view.....
