Cry for help, ftp error seems to have killed PHP?!

Hello,

I was uploading some files to my server via ftp, when the ftp client I was using (Dreamweaver) crashed out half way through.

Now my site is NOT serving .php pages at all! I get either a 'Document contained no data' error from Netscape, or a blank page in Internet Explorer.

I have rebooted the server (twice for good measure) after restarting apache etc. did not work. I am using 4.1.2 php.

My site homepage is www.mini2.com/index.php I have a holding/emergency page at www.mini2.com/index.html which shows that html pages work, as do images etc, just php pages are not being rendered.

If anyone can help me fix this, any advice will be most gratefully received!

p.s.

In addition, http://www.mini2.com/phpinfo.php works! But no other PHP page?

Talking to myself I know, but just to let you know, I fixed it. It was ftp had damaged somehow some common ftp files. I've uploaded hello world and that worked, so I think I'm on the right track!
