I am planning to make a online work order system.
The design is:
There is a Clients Database/Table, Work Order Request Database/Table.
Client log in. And make/Check the status of, the Work Order Request.
Administor/Tech Support will answer the work order request. Or submit an estimate price/hours etc and update the work order status.
Also the payment status of the client can be saved and will be applied to certain limitations if payment is overdue etc.
