problem to redirect user and refreshing browser

hi.

I write a program to take user information from a form.

at first user fill the form then submit it if there is error with information that user write like this email address
--> hodjat"1234"@yahoo.com"
i make a new html file and change the color for "email address"
lable from black to red.

at first time you think i write a wrong username and wrong password then user redirect to new page that the "username" and "password" lable show with red color but at the secong time i write correct "username" with wrong "password" then the new page must show with "username" with black color and "password" with red color but when user redirect to new page "username"&"password" lable show with red color.

Tip : but when i hit the refresh button on the explorer the correct page will be show.it mean's i must refresh page and i don't know how to refresh browser?confused:

if anybody have problem like this or know the problem plz tell me and if you know a better way to do this tell me.
