Does anyone know where I can find code for a simple forum like the one described in this article, only one that will work with php and mysql.

I've been proto-typing some really simple forum code. It runs on an Apache web server with MySQL as a background. It's not all that secure (it allows posting of html), but it seems to work pretty well.
