well it seems that you can backup a database in mysql with a dumpfile. Somehow i manged to do that but now, how do I upload the backup (.sql) back to the server?

well I'm kinda dumb... but euh aren't that all codes for a unix server? or doe sit work with php too? cause I can't get to the the unix enivirement, i have to manage the database trough PHP code...
