anyone try the http://freshmeat.net/?
there are so many good projects on that site. but that site itself doesn't use some wonderful tools they are introducing. it is difficult to search for what you want.
and there is no good forum for ask help.
anyone can suggest some same kind but better links i can use to search for the open source projects. specailly freeware.
i am looking for a "work order management system" for an online web developing and hosting company to use.
such as the client can sign in make the work order request, either hosting or developing related.
then the company can response, assign the quote for the work etc.
and then report the status of the work order.
finally, the client can sign off the order when the job is done.
something like that.
