What kinds of script is being used?

Hi.

There is this site called (h^{^{p://www.gamertagdatabase.com)}} and think that it is using PHP.

Is it easy to write such scripts used there or are there free scripts that can mimic the functions found there?

If it is there should be preg_replace and some other things. If there is its regex. And its not easy to do.
