image/text upload on top of image

Does anyone know of a script that can do this?

I need a script that would allow customers to upload their logo (.jpg image file) or input text into a form that would then allow them to view it on a product (existing image). The image/text would need to scale to the existing image.

Here is an example of a sticker site that has a script that does this with text. Again, images, in addition, would be nice.

Here's an example of one of our custom bumpersticker pages:

So the customer would be able to preview his sticker with their text/logo superimposed on it before buying it.
