apache + ftp

Hey how I do I configure the ftp setup of apache?

Where do I go to add users etc?

No way!

FTP is totally different from Apache which is another service. Apache is a web server where you can manage your site online (or offline) including your pages, scripts, authintication,...

While FTP's main rule is to manage files on the server, using a different port (21).

there is a hosting script that will create apache virtual hosts and ftp users, and other things (search on hotscrips.com).
But as mystrymaster said ... ftp is a different thing.
