I was wondering if anyone new of a web hosting company that could run a PHP/MySQL contact manager application I did for some stock brokers that is also compliant with strict bank regulations. This bank I am dealing with requires a list of things from web hosting outfits like financial statements and a top clients list. No web host company I have asked with give up this information (I don't blame them.) Having said that there has to be somebody that can host a bank site, I just can't find one.
