What should I do?

We are working on a new site called MogusLand.com
The site is to feature bands, models and computer gaming info along with online gaming auctions etc.

The problem is, we can't find a strong PHP developer to get involved!

The most important aspect of the site is the band profile system.
We need something that will let a band fill out a couple questions such as:
Band name
Influences
Location
Band website
Upload Photo
Link to Song file 1
Link to song file 2
News
Gig listing

then, spit the info out into its own webpage.

It seems simple enough, but of course Im no programmer.

Would any of you be able to develop something like this?
How much would you charge me?

The system needs to enable bands to update their own news, keep gigs updated etc.

Ultimately, the system should work something like www.CdStreet.com or www.starpolish.com

not to be totally self-promoting here, but if you know how to establish databases, a tool i developed ( http://www.endsdesign.com/aed/ ) can help you build some basic admin pages for each table in your db.

I am no programmer hence the reason for my post.
I am a music manager looking to put together a site to help bands gain expsore as well as aspiring models.
