Load data into Error

Can't get stat of 'mc1.txt' (Errcode: 2) is the error I get.

What does this mean? Does it mean it can't read the file? Can it not find the file? Please help me! What is my problem? Thanks in advance.

Without any context to your message, we'll will be guessing. Why not post some code or explain what you are doing to assist us in your problem.

Just posting a message that you get an error with mc1.txt doesn't help us. I havent a clue what mc1.txt is or what you are doing to cause this, let alone what application mc1.txt belongs to (doesn't sound like PHP to me)

I am sorry for the confusion about my post. I went to google last night and found my answer by putting in the can't get stat error message. Thanks for your help and sorry for the newbie-ness.
