is it possible to create a drop dowm navigation menu in PHP?

If so, can any help with me some code to help me get started?

I don't think it is possible using PHP but it is possible using JavaScript and CSS. To see an example go to http://www.iluv2teach.com
Just view source and you should be able to figure it out. It doesn't work on all browsers though.
