BEst Open Source CMS to use?

G'day,

I have tried searching the forums but what I would like to now what would be the best Open Source CMS to use. I have looked at postnuke, but not what I am after, and there are some good ones commercially but cost to much. All I need the cms for is to make changes via a browser on the pages already there and if possible to make new pages up and link to it.

PHP has good file handling.editing features built in. I say that if ya can't find what you want, you can always build one for yourself...
