Need help with Sun SparCstation 5 and php

looking for someone who knows how to put php and mysql on
Sun SparCstation 5 running Mandrake 7.1

I did this:

gunzip -c php-4.3.1.tar.gz | tar xf -
cd php-4.3.1
./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=/apache_1.3.x

I got this:

Find the compiler and edit your path environment variable so that the shell (and the configure script) can find it.

Try:

$whereis cc
