Reading XML tags from a remote site

Is there anyone that could help me in figuring out how to read an XML tag from another site.. Its actually from Shoutcast if you know of it..

I want to read tags like the following..

<SERVERTITLE>TITLE OF SERVER</SERVERTITLE>
<SONGTITLE>Name of song</SONGTITLE>

I can't for the life of me figure out how..

I hope someone can help in the simpliest way..
