PHP Register_Globals problem !

Please help me, I'm going mad, LOL !

I installed PHPDev at home which is basically a full web server package.

I have also done the same at work so that I can build an Intranet.

Using commands like $_FILES[name]; works fine at home but not
on the server at work.

Register_Globals is ON.

So what do I check for next, please help my scripts run fine at home but not at work ! which is so annoying !

Both machines are running the same PHP Version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Doh ! I think I might have two different versions of PHP, I'm gonna try and install PHP 4.3.0 on my server to see if this corrects the problem ! 😕

I have a guess. You might try to use the same settings both at home and at work regarding register globals. I'm not sure about it but you can try as a test and see what happens...

Yeah I'm giving that a try I have PHP 4.3.0 at Home, I'm installing it on my work machine so that I can set up the PHP ini the same, that should hopefully cure things ! :rolleyes:
