I am looking for a good "document management system".

Open Source Codes (PHP, ASP OK) will be better. Cheap but good Commercial software also will be fine.

"document management system" should be easy to use, solid, safe and should be suitable for a small mortgage company to use it on the intranent to manage its documents.

Any open source codes you guys can suggest? Or anyone can direct me to a right forum.

Sourceforge, and freshmeat do have some information. But I want to hear the real life experience from php programmers.

Sorry dont have a product name for you, but am wondering what types of documents you are thinking of managing? Word Documents, Excel Spread Sheets?

1) content management system: it is majorly for manage web content.

3) document management: that is what i am looking for.

i am checking them out. but i need a good system that has popularity and it will be have large support from the open source code community so it will be ongoing. not dead soon.
