mysql problems,i know bogu can help me,but everybody it`s welcome to try

am niste probleme,nu stiu daca sa beau un pahar cu apa inainte sau dupa masa!!

and now to get serious,im runing php using an apache server with mysql database on windows xp,when im loading an php i get this message on my browser:"Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in c:\php-lucru\simi\001.php on line 29"what could be the problem,is it windows xp?

No it's not a problem with windows xp, it's a problem with the result set identifier you are passing to the function.

The identifier has to be the id returned by mysql_query(). If this doesn't make sense (2 u) just post the code that is generating the errors.

Just to add my thoughts

That error is a result of your database query not returning any results.

Alway put mysql_query("query_here") or die (mysql_error());

that way it'll give a better error to you the user

Simi mersi de complimente da sa sti ca baieti care ti-au scrips au dreptate si nu ai probleme cu mysql-ul ci sintaxa nu este buna.
