I am wanting to start an online web development group to do freelance projects. I have several years of programming experience, but am fairly new to PHP. I would like to find a small group ( 3 - 5 ) of freelance developers with the same desire to do side projects in their spare time. Definitely for the experience, but I would like to make some extra money also. I work full time and don't have unlimited time to devote to this endeavour, so it would probably be best for all involved to only want to do this on a part-time basis. I am wanting to do this because I have discovered that finding and staying focused on projects when working alone is very difficult. I think it would be much more enjoyable to work with a small group that would keep each other motivated and be able to learn from one another.
