sub-domain and copy files

I need to setup subdomains on my domain.

I need to create a subdomain and then copy files in my sample subdomain to this new subdomain plus edit one txt file.

I need to setup my website so that a new customer can sign up and pay for his subdomain on my domain.

and then I need scripts or code to create the new subdomain,

and then copy files in my sample subdomain to the customers new subdomain plus edit one txt file.

All this need to be done without doing it self.
