i need some help.
i downloaded this from the php site and i read the instructions. but i dont know where/how to start.
Can some1 give me more basic instructions of what EXACTLY i need to do.

ok, after i do all that, how do i make phpbb start the forum?
well, you should either "buy" a some server space, or use a free one. then upload all the files that was in the downloaded file to the server.
okay, done that. what next?
go to the file named install.php, and follow the instructions on the screen...
is that all?
