PHP With Flash MX

I currently have a working site that is nearly all dynamic....It is composed of html and php files only.......What I would like to do in short is have a Flash version of the site with the same data displayed .....I have look at and tried to understand but most of the tutorials seem to be generalized and more specific in their application.....

I assume this is no easy task, however I would think I dont need to do much of anything in the php files as they are all set up and working correctly......I tried to simply make a txt file and then call the string into a dynamic text box but I got only a single line of data and it was of course not displayed with any tables like the working html/php site....

However it works, what options do I have in how the data is displayed in Flash? is it put into a dynamic text box only????

You can try using the ming extension - seems to work ok on *nix. Dev on it is pretty dead though.

flash-textboxes will not allow table-formatting. only plain html-formatting. So if you work around that, displaying your text within a single textbox you should be able to display it neatly.

And of course remember to set your dynamic textbox to multiline ;-)
