load average script

Hi All,

Is their any possible way or script that will show the load averages on a windows machine??
I am running:
Windows XP Pro + PHP 4.3.0 + Apache 2.0.44

pearl is better suited for server administration. Im sure it can be done with PHP, but where to start....hmmmmmmm.....COM maybe.
