i've created a gallery (php+gd) with gd making thumbnails dynamically. everything works except the making of the thumbs takes very long, about 2-3 seconds/thumb!
sometimes the script even stops after about 20 images (sort of time-out?).
is this normal, if not not can someone help me ?
