I think the reason you're not getting any response is that this is a PHP forum, and you're not asking a PHP question. Also, I think it's highly unlikely in the current day and age of rampant spam abuse, that you're going to find many wide open SMTP servers.

if you are on windows, you can install your own smtpserver and use it with any e-mail address. You can try with http://www.postcast.com/ or any other software
