Stuck with winestore examples

I am running a script customer2.php which displays a customer form.
I am not logged in
How do I login

p/w 123

When I enter details and submit I get access denied.
Where do I set up a username and password?

i've never heard of 'winestore'.
could you send us a URL of post some code.
please give us more detail than, 'hey it doesn't work, here's the login'.
