Fields: CompanyID, CompanyName
2: Countries
Fields: CountryID, CountryName
3: Company2Country
Fields: Company2CountryID, CompanyID, CountryID
4: Prices
Fields: PriceID, Company2CountryID, Price
Directons:
Table 1 (Company) will hold an auto incremended ID and the company names.
Table 2 (Countries) holds an auto incremented id as well as the country names.
Table 3 (Company2Country) joins multiple companies to multiple countries
Table 4 (Prices) joins multiple company2country id's to 1 price.
You could of course have multiple prices for multiple countries for multiple companies, but i think thats going a little to far.
