header variables being send via post

Anyone know how I would post the following variables from a form. I need to post data from a form and I am required to provide these parameters:

POST /ThePath HTTP/1.0
Referer: YourNameGoesHere
Host: SSLserver.host.com
Accept: image/gif, image/jpeg, image/pjpeg, text/plain, text/html, /
Content-Type: image/gif
Content-length: $Variable

NOTE: These are header variables and I'm not sure that they can be send from within form variables...

Will that work? I have never tried it. If so, how would I send that I'm using HTTP/1.0?

Maybe something using hidden forms like so:

$header_info = "header("Location: [url]http://[/url]".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].dirname($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'])."/".$relative_url);

HTML code:

<input type="hidden" name="header" value="<? echo $header_info; ?>";

There are lots of built-in PHP variable like HTTP_HOST, but I don't know them all. There may be one specificially for your needs.
