Site Check

Not sure where else to post this but I will try it here in the general section.

I have built an application using PHP/Mysql displaying my portfolio. I was hoping before I launch the site to get some feedback on the current build. The build is about 80% complete. A flash element resides on the left side which I will ask to disregard as it is more a placeholder till I finish it off.

Any feedback good, bad and ugly is welcome.

Also for any feedback please let me know of your browser specs.
