Web mail clients

Has anyone heard of any good web mail clients written in php, for linux, as the only decent one i can find is squirrel mail, and if that is the best web mail client availible, i might as well give up now, and start building my own.

I use Horde. I like it a lot.

My personal choice is SquirrelMail. Nice layout, support for plugins and Database-storage of settings and stuff. Probably one of the most "complete" free webmail-system available.

Oops. I better drink more coffee.. sorry about that..

From my point of view SquirrelMail is the only half decent webmail client available to day. I know it's not a complete system, nor is it perfect but it's a good starting point, and contains some interesting code, such as their IMAP-library.

Exactly what are you looking for in you client? Scalability? Performance? Security? Good looks?

If you head off creating your own client, keep us updated. 🙂
