I just switched to a new host, moved all my data over np. Now I'm trying to export an Excel file to CSV or tab dil TXT file to insert into a table. My CSV/TXT files have the same structure as the tables in phpMyAdmin. So why when I try to upload either one I get the following errors:

That's a dummy test file I tried to use. Simple. I've done this before on my old server w/o any problems. Could there be a setting off or am I just missing something right in front of my face? Thx!
