Whenever i include() ; a file, it wont include anything but .txt files? I looked in my php ini and my includes are fine? Anyone have a problem like this?

I don't think you can do that.
I think that's why you're having a problem.
irc.bytekill.net,#bytekill.xchatlog
That part is what's messing it up if I'm correct.
If you want to include this file, you need to do an fopen and then fread.
