timer sort of..

Hola, I want to make a script where if someone clicks a link, they get a certain ammount of gold on the forums. That is the easy part. Now, I dont know how to make it so they can only click once every hour by ip tracking. If anyone can help please tell me. Thanks, Mike

Just store the last time the clicked it, and subtract that from the time they next click it. If the difference is greater than or equal to an hour, then allow it to add the gold.
