Transfer MySQL database to the web

I'm about to finish my company's website. I'm using Windows 2000, PHP and MySQL database. It all works fine. Now, it's the moment I must transfer it to the web, and I don't know what is that I have to do to make it work as it worked locally. I know I should change "localhost" to something else, but I don't know how to transfer MySQL data to the web and make it work... Please, help me with your suggestions. :-)))

www.phpmyadmin.net and I believe there are telnet/ssh/dos commands also to back up. When you're backing up backup structure means it will back up the tables columns but not the rows and if you want the rows exported select structure and data
