help on if statement

I got a form which has i agree and diagree checkbox on. if the user agrees to the terms i want them to go to e.g page 1, if they disagree they go to page 2

i need an if statemet i think. Any help?

if statements just take the format

if( condition ):
do this here;
elseif( condition ):
do this here;
else
do this here;
endif;

Although have you thought of using javascript?
